Using only the finest ingredients Joanne a former tearoom and restaurant owner, is passionate in the preparation of delicious breakfasts to suit all tastes, including her
famously indulgent Hearty Yorkshire breakfast that includes free-range eggs, locally cured bacon, succulent sausages and Yorkshire vine tomatoes (when in season).
Speciality breakfasts also include smoked salmon and scrambled eggs with chives on a toasted muffin, eggs benedict with Yorkshire bacon, poached eggs with smoked haddock or devilled mushrooms.
Homemade jams and marmalades with honey from local farms are served with a selection of morning goods including toast, croissants and crumpets.
